With summer quickly drawing to an end, I thought this a good time to announce the Ongoing Professional Development schedule beginning September 15, 2016.

 

Our Thursday calls will be changing beginning September 15, 2016. Four webinars will be offered each month, one for each of the following sets of professionals:

“ChangeWorks® Elite: Community Forum”

Exclusively for ChangeWorks® Elite Team members, this once-a-month call is an opportunity for our most accomplished professionals to discuss advanced topics, share best practices and seek guidance from their peers.

“Skill Builder: ChangeWorks® Skills & Drills”

Designed for ALL ChangeWorks® Professionals, this monthly call focuses on perfecting the basic and intermediate skills associated with designing, administering, interpreting individual and group ChangeWorks® Profiles and developing appropriate action plans based on their results.

“Business Builder: Marketing & Sales Strategies”

ChangeWorks® Master Practitioners are invited to learn the very best approaches for identifying, approaching and converting prospects into paying clients. Each month, we’ll address one of the remaining roadblocks in the “Building a Career that Matters” series and reacquaint the entire team with the valuable resources the program has waiting for them whenever they need help.

“Program Builder: Design & Delivery”

Specifically intended for our team of Licensed ChangeWorks®, MasterStream® and Pride-Based Leadership® Trainers, this series explores the many ways that core course content and various exercises can be packaged and presented to fit any client’s objectives and timeframe.  We’ll also talk about integrating the ChangeGrid® as a pre- and post-event diagnostic tool for customization, proof of ROI and relationship perpetuation.
