Calendar of Events
Here’s what’s happening:
The ChangeWorks® Forum is offered every Monday from 1PM to 2PM ET — and all members of the ChangeWorks® Community are invited to participate. During these 60-minute “drop-in” webinars, members are invited to bring any questions they would like us to answer, any activity lists they would like us to critique and any ChangeGrids® they would like our guidance in reading. There is never a set agenda on the ChangeWorks® Forum, so take full advantage of this opportunity to make the webinar what YOU need it to be.
Every Thursday at 11AM Eastern, the ChangeWorks Ongoing Professional Development (OPD) webinar series is the place to be for Level 1 thru Level 3 members of the ChangeWorks Community. The topics covered in this series include:
- skills enhancement in the areas of activity list creation, ChangeGrid individual and group profile interpretation, defining desired locations and developing appropriate action plans
- continuing educational programs on new models that have been integrated into the ChangeGrid, advanced concepts in tension management and in-depth statistical analysis
- applying the concepts of tension management to a variety of soft-skills areas, such as sales, leadership, marketing and personal accountability
- marketing and positioning ideas for advanced ChangeWorks profiles for groups and research purposes.
All sessions are recorded and made available for future reference and review.

— A FREE 52-Session Webinar Series for Industry Veterans and Novices Alike —
Whether you’re new to our industry or a seasoned veteran, this series of 52 information-packed webinars will help you to get on – and STAY on — the right path for building a successful professional practice as a trainer, coach or consultant — and it’s completely FREE as part of our community outreach program.
Once each week for an entire year, T. Falcon Napier, Founder of the Institute for Productive Tension, will share the insights, tools and techniques he’s developed over his 30+ years of experience growing a successful business and coaching hundreds of independent professionals in building careers that truly matter.
Based on our 2009 study results, these 60-minute webinars focus on the full range of roadblocks human development professionals routinely encounter — and pose key questions to consider as they begin and build their practices. Each webinar is independent of the others, so you can begin at any time — and all webinars are recorded for your review.
To get the most benefit from attending these webinars, we encourage ALL professionals to participate in the 2014 Basic Business Viability Study for Independent Human Development Professionals.
Building a Career That Matters is held on Mondays from 11AM to 12PM Eastern. To be notified about each week’s topic and how to register for the webinar, simply Subscribe to our Blog. (Our blog is the primary way we communicate with members of our community in order to reduce the number of emails they receive.)
