Every Monday at 1PM Eastern, we invite all members of the ChangeWorks® Community to participate in the ChangeWorks® Forum. During these 60-minute “drop-in” webinars, members are invited to bring any questions they would like us to answer, any activity lists they would like us to critique and any ChangeGrids® they would like our guidance in reading.  There is never a set agenda on the ChangeWorks® Forum, so take full advantage of this opportunity to make the webinar what YOU need it to be.

The ChangeWorks® Forum has two goals:

Build a Stronger Community:

• Seek input and guidance from one another
• Share creative and innovative ways to use the ChangeGrid®
• Give members a chance to interact and initiate relationships
• Explore the best practices across the Community

Lock in the Basics:

• Creating stronger Activity Lists
• Reading ChangeGrids®
• Determining Ideal Locations
• Developing ChangeWorks® Action Plans
